Presentation Skills Workshops

Everybody is a Star:  Professional Presenting with Poise, Power, Confidence.

Even in our age of endless selfies, videos, social media, reality shows and self promotion, some things never change:

A 2015 study on fear conducted in seven countries revealed that more people - a full 75% of respondents! - stated they were more afraid of speaking in public than anything else in life.  More than spiders, clowns, heights, flying, the dark - more, even, than death.  Yes, 75% of us would rather die than give a presentation in front of an audience!

Well, fear no more.  Presenting, aside from giving you an opportunity to shine in public, can an actually be a fun, exciting, rewarding, empowering process. My unique approach to presentation preparation combines elements from the disparate worlds of
--empowerment coaching, positive psychology and cognitive behavioral therapy, which will help you make deep connections with your audience

--yoga, breathing and meditation, through which you'll learn relaxation, and how to find and focus your power

--acting and performance, learning basic techniques to use your physical/vocal "instrument" to find humor, create drama, and bring your script to life

--screenwriting, to help you craft a more engaging, compelling, convincing, relevant story that touches people viscerally as well as intellectually.

I recently completed  series of Presentation Skills Workshops for Innoleaps (innoleaps.com), a branch of Startupbootcamp (startupbootcamp.org), working with marketing teams from Heineken USA and Unilever/Lipton on presenting their research findings confidently and clearly, persuasively and powerfully, meaningfully and memorably.  Each brought the house down - and achieved their goals!

Let's discuss how I can help you and your team{s) present like a pro, and shine like a star,

Live Your Best Life, and Bring Your Best Self to Everything You Do!
